Mushroom Lumpia

A Filipino food staple, but made healthier with mushroom filling! Our mushroom lumpias are made with a mixture of fresh vegetables carefully blended in a food processor and wrapped with care. 
 
Each product has 10 tasty lumpias that are frozen to keep them delightfully crunchy and light when deep-fried. 
 
Ingredients:
Fresh mushroom
Carrot
Singkamas
Garlic
Spices 
 
Cooking and Storage
 
Keep Lumpias Frozen. Place a pan or deep fryer on the stove and heat your choice of cooking oil until very hot. Place frozen lumpias on the pan for the crispiest result. Cook just a few pieces at a time on the pan to keep the oil temperature hot, and thoroughly cook all sides then place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot and enjoy with your favorite sauces and dips!
