It's a wonderful alternative to shrimp and seafood flavored Kropek chips. These chips are just as puffy, light, and deliciously crunchy, just as you expect them to be!
Our mushroom Kropek product is free of colorants and is made of a blend of fresh mushrooms, onions, tapioca, and various spices and flavors.
Cooking and Storage Instructions
Keep mushroom chips in a dry, sealed container so no moisture gets in contact with it.
Place a pan 3/4 full of your choice of cooking oil, and when it is very hot place your mushroom kropek chips inside. Cook it thoroughly, holding each piece in your tongs and frying all corners and tips so that the chip is fluffy all around. Place cooked chip on paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately, and try them with your favorite dips and sauces!
